Class Description:

Chef Renate invites you to bring the whole family into the kitchen and celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day! Everyone will be able to practice their level of culinary skills from simmering to sautéing, and kids will have fun as they mix up the dough for a tasty and traditional Irish bread to pair with a hearty Irish Stew. Plus, craft a green and healthy “Shamrock” luck-of-the-Irish milkshake.

Classes are 1 1/2 to 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
After registering, you’ll receive your private Zoom link, and a digital file that includes a comprehensive grocery list and prep instructions to get ready for class. After the class, you’ll receive the printable recipe for your file.
Each class is a password-protected Zoom session. You can download the Zoom app. at www.zoom.us
To be respectful of everyone’s time, login to the Zoom session 5 minutes prior to start time. Late attendees may not be admitted. We will not start over the lesson or repeat instructions for you to catch up.

VIRTUAL CLASSES:

Make your kitchen your classroom for culinary education - Whether you’re a beginner or looking to learn something new, our virtual cooking classes will get you there. We have a line up of all kinds of cuisine and dishes for the entire family, teens, friends, date night, and more. Great cooking is about more than recipes, it’s about art and techniques. With interactive instructions from subject matter expert Chef Renate, young chefs get to chop, mix and roll their way to different delicious meals in each class with enough to share with the entire family. Teens and young children will learn valuable culinary skills and new recipes, enjoy a fun hands-on activity, and are inspired to expand their taste buds to discover that "real food" is really good. And since you get to make the recipe at home, it’s easier to fit a class into your busy schedule. Take the opportunity to treat yourself to some “me time” in the kitchen, or involve the entire household for a fun family activity. Online classes start at just $29 per household.

These classes aren’t anything like the generic video cooking tutorials you may have seen elsewhere. At LadyRen’s Bakery & Books, Chef Renate host gourmet cooking classes online, in real time, and where you can ask questions along the way. We’ll provide you with a private zoom link, prep packet and shopping list beforehand so you can follow along in the live online classes in your own kitchen. At the end of each interactive session, you’ll have a delicious meal to sink your teeth into and the completed digital recipes to build your recipe repertoire. With the support of Chef Renat'e’s cooking classes you can make a huge difference in the way you eat and best of all, you don't need to leave your home to do this.
