Payment for orders
All orders must be paid in full when the order is placed.
How to Order
- We require a 48 hour notice for all bakery orders. Customized cakes and cupcakes require a 5-day notice.
- Changes to confirmed orders may be subject to an additional fee; see Order Changes & Cancellations.
- All bakery products are prepared without preservatives, so be sure to follow storage directions written on the packaging.
Delivery & PICK UP
- FREE delivery within a 15-mile radius of downtown Concord, NC
- Orders may also be picked up from our office in Concord, NC
- $20.00 delivery fee within a 16-30 mile radius.
- $25.00 delivery fee for a 31-45-mile radius.

When shipping to multiple locations, place orders separately. We ship via USPS Priority Mail:
- Small & Medium Boxes – $14.35
- Large Boxes – $18.75
- XL Boxes – $25.00
Cookies, pastries and cakes are always baked and shipped fresh, not frozen. You will be e-mailed tracking information when your order ships. To ensure freshness upon arrival, cookies and pastries are shipped Monday through Wednesday ONLY.
Cakes are shipped Monday–Friday via USPS Next Day Air, weather permitting, and require a 48-hour advance order; the recipient can expect delivery to arrive by 3:00pm or 4:30pm on next business day for commercial locations, or end of day for residential locations. Shipping on Friday for a Saturday delivery requires an additional $15 charge added at checkout.
PLEASE INFORM THE RECIPIENT TO EXPECT SHIPMENT! We are not responsible for delays resulting from inclement weather. When a delivery has been attempted and a call tag left at the recipient's address, we are not responsible for delays resulting from setting up a second delivery attempt or pick-up, nor will a refund be given.
refunds & exchanges
We take pride in our products and do everything we can to insure the high quality our customers expect. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, please immediately notify us within 24 hours of pick-up of your concern and return the product to us. We will give you an in-store credit for the amount returned to use toward a future purchase. If you received a shipped bakery order, there is no need to return the order.
order changeS & canceLlations
LadyRen’s understands that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and/or time whenever possible. All changes must be handled directly with a representative of LadyRen’s and confirmed; please contact us by phone or email on weekdays prior to 2:00 pm. There is no fee or additional charge for changes/cancellations confirmed at least three business days before your event.
LadyRen’s reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order:
- 25% of the entire order will be charged for changes or cancellations within 3 business days of your event.
- 100% of the entire order will be charged for changes or cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
- 100% of the entire order will be charged for custom orders which are not picked up OR when a customer changes his/her mind about a confirmed order.
- Orders which cannot be delivered because (a) the customer provided incorrect information, or (b) the customer or recipient is unavailable to accept delivery, will be returned to LadyRen’s and stored until further notice from customer. If you request a future delivery time/date, you will be charged a second delivery fee. Because of the nature of our business and our quality and freshness assurance, we will dispose of any cake, cupcake or baked item which is not picked up or delivered within 48 hours of the due date and no refund will be given.
